I think I've cracked it.

I didn't need Dan Brown's help either.

Miggins appears to have a Wed/Thur mid week posting pattern. Possibly he is unlocked from the cage at this time each week to be allowed loose on The Interweb.

I'm now going to write a book about it and make a movie.
