Well, its an arch - so is it possible that different lanes go under different points on the arch, and thus have different hights ?

and I would assume its in both feet and metric: 13 feet is pretty close to four meters (the left most two signs)....

No only 2 heights mate one in English for us and one in Euro language for our continental friends.

Yes NN you are correct the northbound pipe is arched all the way through , so there is a variety of heights , and an interesting left kink in it down below ,, next time I go through I,ll video it , You Tube it and paste it on here for you to have a gander .

That my friend is from the Cicada family, they live burrowed in the ground for 7 years and then come out to make babies...You Good Lucky Farang to see this.

I stand corrected, thanks for pointing that at. In my defense the guide I had with me at the time from Chiang Mai ID'd the snake and I assumed that was correct. Like the saying goes in the movie Die Hard, "Assumption is the mother of all f*ck ups."
