    It was cloudy here (HKT) for the maximum part, but the sun came out a few minutes ago and I went out with a pin-hole and could see a small section still eclipsed.

    I learned something new again with the eclipse...and from a Thai.

    Take a piece of glass, light a candle, burn the candle under the glass so the glass becomes completely black from the soot from the candle smoke, then, you can use this to look at the sun...it works, and works very well! Next eclipse, give it a try!
