I'm not sad, which is a start. Have you noticed that it is not possible to tickle yourself - try it, try tickling yourself under the arms....not on the bus though.

Definitely worth sticking with it though.
I've been off the gags for nearly 15 years.
I was a pack a day camel straight smoker for 20 years.
Get some sunflower seeds and when you get the urge chomp some. Takes the urge away quick.
