    Same as Thailand, breaking in to a property at night is a more serious offence than during the day and carries a heavier penalty.

    It's also legal to shoot a Welshman in Chester after 12 at night with a crossbow from a distance further than fifty feet.

    it is legal to shoot any Welshman who crosses into England on a Friday according to the Recognition of borders Act 1772 and has never been repealed

    All laws make sense at the time they are made and passed into laws.
    But as time change and scientific things progress then those same laws are really of no use, such as the law that stated if your motorcar scares a horse that you had to cover it with something so it no longer scared the horse, made sense when there were 500 horses and 1 car in a county.
    But at that time there was no need for a law again a person owning a machine gun because it had not been invented yet.
