I really do hope you're not like this in real life RS, I am hoping deep down that you're just here as a troll to get your kicks.

But if you are like this in real life then you deserve to be put to sleep. Condoning mass genocide, lusting after 13-14 year olds, complete xenophobe, blinkered beyond your own backyard etc....

    Sick fuck.

P.S. I am hoping that young girl in your avvie is your daughter and not one of your conquests!

It needs to end corruption. Personaly I think many of Thailand's problems stem from this, class divide, one law for some no law for those that can pay. Vote buying at all levels means that when elected many officials have no option than to be corrupt as they have to re-coupe the initial outlay, leading to a goverment that serves the elected officials rather than the people.

To those that said less falangs, when are you intending intending to leave ?....or is it just other falangs that you feel there are too many of ? Actually I feel the opposite Thailand needs to be more open to foreigners.

Thailand needs to free up the foreign land ownership laws and to generate internal income by way of:

    1. Every farang "new land owner" will buy a new car for himself.
    2. Buy a new car or motor bike for the Thai missus.
    3. Construct a new house purchasing electrical, white goods and construction materials as well as creating employment.
    4. A pick-up or a least a water buffalo or 2 for the up-country thai family and in some cases a small house up-country.
    5. Spend an average of 4 times the thai monthly allowance on shopping and food.
    6. Put their children in Thai schools.
    7. Pay taxes.

All in all every farang that is awarded the right to own no more than 1 Rai (1,600 square metres) and the construction of not more than one family home will generate income and employment for Thais as well as contribute positively to the community.

Why the powers at be don't recognize this already astounds me.

The powers that be recognise it, but they just don't like farangs very much.

Johnny farang would buy his single rai and an adjoining 500 rai in the SDJ's name.

How much of the cherished promised land would be snapped up by the round-eyed devils?

Its happening as we speak Tex and by way of nominees and female accomplices.

I am talking about proper farangs with families, retirees and or people who have a job here. One house, one small piece of non-rural land and you watch the economy turn for the better.

Siam is an oasis, a mirage, an eden a later day Al Andalus. Attempting to change or even quantify this panacean land is a fool's endeavour. Thailand's temporal tempestuousness tires.

Maybe it needs people like you to stop asking what Thailand needs, and just get on with it.
Do you think anything would change if the king died?

Perhaps better roads and refuse collection. But that might lead to a community tax to pay for it, and let's face it, the poor infrastructure is part of the charm.
On second thoughts....... just leave it as it is.

To put their shoulders back, start walking a bit faster, and try to look purposeful.
Try investing a bit of faith in the quality of something, and not the shiny appearance of it. Thais and Filipinos seem to be the "dumb blonds" of Asia in this respect.

A high percentage a foreigners do this without being given land ownership rights, so the is no incentive for the government to change any laws.
But, if farangs en-masse stopped doing all that then the gov might think again, but for now they get exactly what they want without giving anything in return.

I say a 2 thousand baht note. counting out all those foking ones all the time when making a larger purchase. boring, innit?
