I find it quite tasty, although not as nice as beef due it being a bit drier with lower fat content. I have read however that it is not aways a healthy option due to parasites that live in the roo's flesh and which often survive the cooking progress due to roo often being served rare or medium rare (due to the dryness of the meat I think).
