Ocean 1, Jomtien. Its bust or just silent?

Anybody heard news about the mammoth 91 floor Ocean 1 that they were building in Jomtien? I read some negative stuff on Pattaya Jomtien Condos: Ocean 1 Tower Jomtien Gone Bust or just a Pattaya Rumour - Part One

And also their page http://www.ocean1tower.com/index.html is not found.

The condo's there was quite high in price, on the pre-sales.

Just me being curious.

^ not good news ? they did a runner ? I am suspecting that will become quite frequent in the next 6 months !!!

See if you can actually get the developer's agent on the phone... That should tell the tale...

The problem with condos in Patts / Jomtien is that once they are finished and you move in, maintenace & upkeep may be non-existent... Best bet is to talk to some of the residents of an existing complex to get their views before purchasing... View Talay 2A has stable management, with some farang on the board...

No news on this? Ocean 1 Tower, Pattaya condominium, luxury condo still has no news.

when i talked to people in pattaya a few months back oceantower one was
but on hold. Low presale and financial crisis.
I would stay away, if anyone should try to lure you into that project.
