Not really certain where to put this, so I thought I would throw it out to the lounge area with the rest of you TD expats and see what the hook draws in.

The wife and and I have a condo that she orginally bought. Ain't much, but it is where we got our start many years ago. Basically, it is a studio living space that we updated. After a year or two, we moved out and started our adventure.

Since it is empty we decided to either rent or sale the damn thing. The wife found the following website.

Sounds good thus far. But then... no reply. I have personally emailed him 2 times and have had no reply.

B3,000 is really minute. However, it is the principle of the matter.

The old boy took the deposit but has not responded in kind. Now, what would you do? If any of the TD members know this gentleman, suggest to him that it might be in his best interest to reply.
