strata body corperate cant enforce any punishment as tennents are entitled to reasonible noise but after 9 the whinger can call the cops but by the time they answer that low piority call the game will be over

invite the neighbour to watch the sporting event with you providing he brings the beers and he can then watch it in real time rather than be delayed, then when he shouts or cheers tell him he is being too loud and he has to leave but the beers remain.

I live in the ground floor of a maisonette. A few years ago had a youngish woman move in above me, and she was a screamer, at certain times of the night when the boyfriend stayed. We were on nodding terms passing the time of day etc and having the occasional chat. Bumped into her one day and in the conversation just happened to mention that she seemed to scream a lot when enjoying herself. Face went as red as a beetroot, but only subdued whimpers from then on.

Get Vinnie Jones over, and if he has some spare time between his blooming acting career to knock on each of the complaining coonts doors, tell em that each one of em including the foooking horses that they rode in on can foook off and as far as the juristic person is concerned he/ she can get a dick in their ear.

Then get Vinny to head butt the man of the family, drop a big somtam shit on their welcome mat and then go and buy the biggest fvck off ghetto blaster you can find, stick highway star on full blast on rewind mode and then have a couple of quite weeks in Phuket to unwind!

I say just ignore it until you find out who wrote the letter. Then deal with it in person as an adult.
