There are very few healthy items in 7-11. The two I can think of are milk and eggs. Everything else is processed. I hate 7-11 but I still go there because there is nothing really where I am. 7-11 is basically a giant vending machine. It's loaded with processed crap for quik fixes and its in a convenient location and it's a bit more expensive than it should be.

Only thing I ever got from there was milk, telephonecards and four of those large heinekens for a nightcap after being out on the piss - well three one was for the morning to bring me round.

I only use the 7-11 around the corner for water, tea (no sugar), and yoghurt. The sandwiches are a rare bonus.

Jeez, the few times I get into a 711 it's a bit late, I'm a bit dwunk, and whatever they've got left i have to do with. Those burgers are shite, but better than nothing- and if you smile the girls will usually help you out preparing them. Theres usually some salad left.

I quite miss the various Dim Sums that you could microwave in the Hong Kong 711's.
