    What IS....dancing?

    Is it just jumping and swinging around, shaking your arms, hands, and legs?

    I remember the official dances in P.E. when I was in school:

    Folk dancing, sashee, do-see-do, the Waltz, and other types of dances, to different types of music.

    And in the 90s, the "Macarena."
