The UK Advertising Authority has banned the new advert from Tiger Beer - showing a ladyboy and the slogan 'The Far Easts Most Desirable Export since 1932'
What I want to know is what went off before 1932?

They are certainly marketing themselves very strongly across Asia and it seems to be paying dividends. They even had Tiger girls in Laos when I was there last week.
Tiger beer was launched in 1932, the slogan is saying that Tiger beer has been the far easts most desirable export since 1932', the advertizment has a number 3 on the ladyboy, suggesting that ladyboys are the third most desirable export after women who would be the second most desirable and Tiger beer which is the most desirable.
The UK is full of PC namby pambies and as a result it will be a muslim state by 2012.
Tiger beer is well advertised, that doesn't mean it's tastier than Beer Lao or Leo but it sure beats the soapy, bubblegummy piss weak taste of Heiniken.
I like Tiger and Thai women.
I don't care for ladyboys at all.
Why did the UK ad agency block the advert?
A little too close to home? Again?Tiger Beer said that the ladyboy in the ad was "representative of a cabaret performer rather than a prostitute or model".
I like Tiger and Thai women.
