Only takes a couple of weeks for even the thickest most moronic people in the world to become qualified teflers in Thailand, so a months long course on civil engineering should enable someone to quite safely build their 120 storey skyscraper

Well a civil engineer isn't quite the same thing as a builder. To call yourself an engineer you should really have a degree in the field.
