Hardware is rarely the problem, same with software, just the way it's set up. same for security. This is an obvious lie to placate those suckers, er ah, customers that pay him for shit service.
300K??? a one u rack-mount server with 512 ram, one 80GB drive, one gigabit nic and an insight management board is advertised for 33,990 baht.
a decent dedicated sever with dual NICs mirrored 300GB drives, 2GB RAM, no monitor, keyboard or mouse mind you, might go as high as 50K.
