    wheres its gone

All financial markets have been reporting loosing huge amounts of money in the last week. So where is it lost. Are inept managers walking out at lunch time and loosing 10 billion dollars in central park or regent gardens. All I want is a hint to where it is so I can organise a treasure hunt.

It was never really money in the first place, it's simply the "best guess" of what the stock is worth.

Yes they will be paying with imaginary money.

Despite the OP being a joke, artist has got a point. Though the holders of the stock might not see it so kindly. A week ago they were imaginary millionaires. It's now a good buying opportunity for those with cash at hand.
