McDonald's manager allegedly attacked after burger complaint

AN irate McDonald's customer unhappy with his burger may face assault charges after allegedly attacking the manager with a broom.
Police and paramedics were called to the fast food restaurant on Glenferrie Rd about 5am where the manager was badly injured after an argument broke out.

The manager was taken to the Alfred Hospital with serious injuries.

A man has been arrested and is being questioned at Boroondara Police Station.

I had an egg burger yesterday out of sheer desperation. I could not eat all of it, the egg was horrible and rubbery and the bread was sweet and spongy - an abosolutely disgusting and audacious organized crime cooperation is McDonalds - I would love to catch the main bigwigs and lock them in a dungeon with only McDonalds food to eat.

They would never see the light of day or freedom again and I would keep them alive as long as possible.

Mildly satiated perhaps. Happy, no.

Even the Happy meals for kids are not Happy unless you're a 3 year old and into funny little hats and stuff.

McDonald's success is not due to good food but due to great Marketing. Any adult that goes to McDonald's should know this and just eat the crap without complaint.

Yeah, I have. The sausage McMuffin with cheese is great in the states. Not sure what happened to it here in Thailand. They don't serve it on an English Muffin, but use a hamburger bun instead.

Minus the egg though. I think that ruins it. If you close your eyes when eating one in Thailand it smells almost like the ones back in Chicago, but once you bite into it its all over.

I like White Castles too, so maybe I should not comment on fast food.

Yeah, why do they do that? I missed breakfast at home a couple of days ago & needed something quick before dashing to the internet cafe (why aren't they real cafes with food? Thank God no more internet cafes!) I thought about Burger King or McD's and plumped for McD's only because I like muffins more than croissants. Big mistake. Bloody hamburger bun.

The clue is that they are called a Sausage and Egg Burger or a Bacon and Egg Burger, not a McMuffin. I made the same mistake.

They had McMuffins with proper muffins when they first introduced the breakfast menu last year but when the McDonalds deliveries started doing breakfasts they changed them.

Typical Thailand, can't get anything right.

Several years back mate of mine grabbed a fire extinguisher off the wall in a fastfood restaurant and sprayed it around a bit. Nobody, not even him, is sure exactly why he did it. Pissed, obviously.

Anyways he was arrested for it and the papers reported it as him being unhappy with the food and thinking it was to hot. Article's good for a laugh all these years later.
