Just had a car accident here in my home country. 1 hour ago. Thing is a Nigerian taxi driver ran a stop sign, we hit head on. Not too much damage, he is claiming this that and the other to the cops, but in reality he ran a stop sign. I have a slight pain in my upper back ( Maybe due to stress I dont know) Should I go the whole hog and go for the Throat. I.E. back injury as well as car damage or just car damage??

I hate these asylum seekers BTW. they get free houses taxis, childcare, medical treatment and everything they can milk from our stupid government, Should I get my own back. P.S. Afro americans in my opinion are different to these scamongers whom are hated by most of the public here.

Any Ideas its 6 am it happened 90 minutes ago, I just wanted to deck him the slimeball. excuse my P's and Q's . SCUMBAGS

Well, first change your nickname from KhunSabai to KhunGroet. If that guy broke the law then let him be the one who has broken the law. You should just go for what you are deserved. But I have to say when this is over you will probably be more angry at the insurance company than the perpetrator.

If the guy really is an ahole send his name anonymously to Homeland security as being a terrorist. That should wake him up.

don't put in a claim for your back if there is nothing wrong, you don't have any luck with money you get like that, its the insurance company who pay anyway not the driver.
I think it is enough punishment that he has to live in Dublin

a. get a complete medical check up, his insurance should pay for that.
b. For a back injury, don't take a short term pay out. You could have major problems later.

It seems foolish not to follow up what could be a long term problem.

The first thing you should do is to go to a doctor and document the injury properly.
