No, it's not. I've asked lawyers, high-up Govt officials, all sorts of people. They all say no.
However, none of them have any problem with me continuing to look after him & provide for him.

So, if I can have another wish, it's to keep getting my visa until he's of age. Can I cheat & have two, Chi? Pretty please? With sugar on?

Are you or are you not teaching English to company employees in Bangkok?

I would change the way thai people make their driving licenses.
I´ve never seen a nation of such rude and selfish drivers and i´ve been driving in many countrys already.
They dont mind about others, just of themseves, and if there where a proper driving license exam, this would change a lot....

But i´m only dreaming and i will go on swearing at this rude people....

Actually holding the door open for the person behind you would be a novel idea.

I'd like to see better infrastructure. i.e road maintenance, electrical, and water. Especially water, as I live on Koh Chang and it's a real bitch sometimes.

You obviously mean the UK as England as a country alone has little to no legal standing, it most certainly could not go to war.

I think Thailand should be colonized by the Germans. Quality cars, bratwurst, sauerkraut, punctuality, beer brewing codes and stricter morals would be welcome additions.

Thai government developping the North East and South via education, infrastructure, BOI incentives, industry and jobs.
Would make the future of Thailand far brighter than what I think it is and hence mine and the one of my family in Thailand...

Right but Germans without any control.
The control was from the East, USSR as they call it at that time.
And well, a Gerrman without control or the will to control is not a German...

I would make it illegal to sell warm bread and call it toast with a mandatory imprisonment for repeat offenders.

School curriculum should be changed to include a full education on the correct colour of toast.

I love Ms. B dearly, but I can't figure out why she thinks it's OK to eat cold toast. When I make the toast I go to great pains to make sure it is delivered nice and hot. This morning I was making toast and she was out washing the car. When the toast was done, I called her in. She showed up about ten minutes late and we had to eat cold toast. Damn!

And, you're right about the color. "Toast" is not toast unless it is several shades darker than the bread from which it has been made.

Thanks for raising this important and most vexing issue.

[rant]Thais don't mind eating anything cold I think - soup that's been sitting out for 5-6 hours - no problem. Ive seen Thais complain when served food at a suitable temperature for killing bacteria.[/rant]

    What a coincindence!

This very morning, G/F made lovely Heinz beans on toast for 2 and promptly went downstairs to check on the washing machine!!!!!!!!!

Obviously I ate both portions, as it would have been foolish to let her's go cold. For some reason she didn't speak to me for the next hour...
