? I thought we were all shipped in from a penal system in galaxy NGC 9515. The mice created the earth and put layers of stuff in it, like dinosaur bones, beads and pottery shards, so that some of the population would have Eureka! jobs. And then earth will be cleared to make way for a hyperspace bypass and only Arthur Dent will survive, coz Zaphod will pick him up and then Arthur will steal him spaceship, and so on.

No, we start to picnic. I'd recommend you take along the white wine not the red. It's much better chilled.

Changing weather/climate/sea level/atmosphere/poles e.t.c Ho hum. The earth's been there, done that, and has a wardrobe full of t-shirts*. Yet it still keeps spinning around without a care. I think humans several generations from now will look back at these times and laugh and say things like "Wow, they were so stupid, I'm surprised they didn't sacrifice some virgins to the climate change Gods"

*I wonder if there might be a business opportunity there. Selling I survived Global Warming t-shirts with a graph of recent weather patterns printed on it.

^ then what about health questions ? I mean surely those CO2 releases by vehicles and factories are not doing anything to improve our health, or is it all a myth ? I mean exhaust pipe smokes must surely be good for our health, right ? And if it's good for us, then it must be good for the environment ?

btw, the Ozone layer environmental program did work, and the ozone layer hole stopped from growing and started reversing, apparently, proving the original points from the environmentalists were right,

For the health benefits, yes. Right with ya there. I'm not against restrictions on CO2 releases but to push it from a global warming platform based on questionable computer modeling is dishonest. As long as they are not about to slap everyone with a 10% Carbon tax on salaries my only problem with the whole thing is the biased media and selling of an idea with the branding of anyone who questions it as being bad/uncaring/ (add negative adjective here).

I did go and get a brain and got educated. Something you redded me for Butterfly. Insults off topic show how uneducated you are regarding your ability to debate.
Now go read ABD - Green myths on global warming - debunked. So should all the other doom forcasters that have posted on this subject

    Hmmmm. Talk about environmental change:

Two and a half billion years ago, when our evolutionary ancestors were little more than a twinkle in a bacterium's plasma membrane, the process known as photosynthesis suddenly gained the ability to release molecular oxygen into Earth's atmosphere, causing one of the largest environmental changes in the history of our planet. The organisms assumed responsible were the cyanobacteria, which are known to have evolved the ability to turn water, carbon dioxide, and sunlight into oxygen and sugar, and are still around today as the blue-green algae and the chloroplasts in all green plants.
How Did Early Bacteria Survive Poisonous Oxygen? | Universe Today

So, how lucky we in the animal kingdom are that the green plants decided to poison the atmosphere with all that nasty oxygen.
