^ what can I say I jumped from 85kg's when I got to Korea to 90kg's after training at the gym (but getting fat still not sure how that one worked out) to just under 95kg's now. Fat git is true.

msucle is heavier than fat...

happens to many ppl when they first start gym.

% body fat is where it is at!

I know that muscle is heavier than fat, but I actually got noticeably fatter. Actual fat not muscle. I put it down to the increase in appetite.

And the fact that it wasn't the first time I had been to the gym. I had been on a three month break whilst relocating but otherwise had been going daily for two years or so.

here,s one for ya KW , last weekend i went for a ride turned up at an opening and low and behold was a bloke i had,nt seen for a while, as i stepped off the bike he handed me a beer, good stuff, but i had to laugh there he was with two black eyes and a missing tooth, 'what the fuck happened to you mate?' long story short it seems his life was on a spiral down, lost his licence dui, his dog died, been evicted, fighting with his missus anyway things for him too were turning to shit, we had a bit of a yarn and i asked him what he thought was going wrong, and he said straight up, i gotta give up the piss, there it is mate he told me what was going wrong, sometimes life throws things at ya to get your attention and the more thicker you are the more shit will come your way, you have the answer to what is going wrong so its up to you and only you to sort it! good luck

KW, isn't Facebook for kids? Why on earth would you put all of your contacts somewhere who dislikes you intensely (for whatever reason) could find them? Now, with that problem, I've no sympathy. You put your details (& your friends' & families') out there, you can't moan about possible fallout from that.

i didnt know that this bird was mental, old contact, seemed ok to start with.

not all my details are on it, but it lists ur friends, so she got hold of that and pm'd mrsKW

I didn't delete her email addresses, but I didn't have her on Facebook either.
