    It's a bit unsettling.

Jersuzz, Mary, & Joseph! You’re like the rattlin’ bog. Can nobody enjoy a recommendation of someone else’s favourite tipple? I’ll claim craft beers then, no one else allowed ta drink them then. Snubs has claimed all German beers, Mendy claims yah dong and Chitty claims rotgut brand… oh I suppose he can have that drink on account of no one else would touch it anyway!

For a bloke of 60+ you sure are juvenile! You’re getting as bad as Mr Valvegate.

I like to think it's a moon that makes people see the good in life, tax. And recognise that most people around the world are decent, however curmudgeonly you may be, no matter their religion.

    .
Interestingly enough, in Islam, as I understand it, the manner in which someone observes their faith is left up to them. Externally forcing someone to practise their religion does not count if their hear is not in it. Which is why you might observe many Muslims in south east Asia whom smoke, drink, engage in pre marital or adulterous sex (much like Catholics, eh?) and even consume pork (I have Muslim friends who call it Chinese chicken) or remove their head scarf when on holidays.

*Not all sects or countries are this tolerant, but I’m speaking of what I have observed in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Not sure how you derive that conclusion from a discussion about moons.

Eid Al fitr is celebrated by Moslem's worldwide because it Mark's the end of the Month long fasting of dawn to dusk ( sawm) of Ramadam it begins at sunset at the first sighting of the Crescent moon. That is how they roll Tax. Glad this ole ditch digger could educate you? Make you slightly less ignorant?.

im not in the least bit interested in the fairy tale beliefs of those dumb enough to follow them. not only muslims, although they are the worst of the lot thanks to their desire for submission, misogyny and domination. the others have all had their bad periods, but have matured somewhat and have come to terms with modern times, something that cannot be said for islam.

brainwashed from birth, their lives ruled by the controlling make believe peddled by blinkered priests and shamans. its insane.

Would you have me believe in an immaculate conception? Point is tax, they believe what THEY believe and Christians etc believe what they believe. Doesn't make either right. Anyway it will soon be Easter to mark the resurrection of jesus after his death 3 days after crucifixion but now . Already tesco is full of chocolate eggs. Go figure.

i love chocolate eggs, chicken soup with kneidlach, christmas pudding, chicken biryani and goat massaman. was jesus resurrected after 3 days, of course not. did mary get pregnant after an evening of stink finger, of course not.

but as i said, people are brainwashed from birth, their lives ruled by the controlling make believe peddled by blinkered priests and shamans. its insane. heaven, hell, rebirth and afterlife, 24 virgins, praying 4 times a day, fasting, oppression of women, dont eat pork, eat fish on fridays.

how can people fall for such nonsense in the 21st century.
