Hence the question, how old do the Muslim diners believe Mo's wife Aisha to have been when the marriage was consummated? It is generally accepted that she was married to him at 6 years old and consummated the marriage at 9. Do the Muslim diners believe this to be the case?

My first Ramadan in ‘03, I was in downtown Kuwait, in the middle of the afternoon, stuck in traffic, and fucking starving! I had a bag of chips with me, so I thought I would sneak a few, while waiting for the traffic to move. As I’m shoving down the chips, I glanced over at the car next to me, and an older bedouin gentleman, driving an old pick up, was staring right at me. He gave me a dirty look, and motioned for me to roll my window down.
I did as he asked, and gave him my best Assalamu Alaykum.
He replied, “wa-allium salaam… you should not be eating during Ramadan!” Then he gave me a big smile, and a chuckle, and drove off.

I will respect Islam when it stops demanding submission, rejects its death for apostasy laws, stops responding to criticism with violence, intimidation and mob rule, shows tolerance to non believers and starts to respect women.

Iraqi MPs and women’s rights groups have reacted with horror to the Iraqi parliament passing a law permitting children as young as nine years old to marry, with activists saying it will “legalise child rape”.

Would be better with yesterday's rice, or steamed 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water.

Place the following into a rice cooker

2 cups of rice
4 cups of water
3 gloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
2 table spoons of light soy sauce
3-4 pieces of KFC Chicken.

Cook as normal rice.
