Trying to give a response to some post at lunchtime.

That has always been the case in the real estate forum. Nothing new in that.



Hatty went because be sourced off-forum photos of posters, used them as his Av, and when requested by the mods to change it he refused.

Ant went for constant abuse of mods with vile insults when his posts were deleted.


Neither actions are a precursor to a long and healthy life on any forum.

Section banning,character limits etc what's next? will building a pool in Africa get your arse banned?

I think the royal forum and sales forum have always been on moderation approval. I also doubt any mod can change it now as they don’t have keys, only brooms.

Any restriction or new thread titling, means you have offended a mod.

Apart from that all they want is posts to maintain revenue, if any.

I doubt revenue comes into any consideration of action by the mods. Remember, there is no forum Admin and the real 'owners' appear to have little or no interest in the forum as apparently they are not in contact with the mods.

Unless, of course, the mods have been fibbing all along and are each being paid millions of baht a month for their modding efforts.
