Meanwhile, I also have more than a slight hatred for the Spanish I am working with. Worse than the Italian Mafia, one gets a top manager position and all the ones below become filled likewise with Spanish, Nationality being the only requirement. Problem is, they are really shit at management, worse than UK Civil Servants, 'working from home' and wondering why nothing is done. Project is now 3 years late and still slipping. Luckily, I am nothing more than an observer.

Talking of Spanish 'managers', I somewhat amusingly told one of them, very politely, to "f£ck off you ar£ehole!". Anyway, their ego was somewhat diminished and so they told my boss about the incident and asked him to give me a formal warning or whatever.

My boss asked if I could possibly tone down my criticism to a level that might be tolerated. That request was denied and it was agreed that this particular manager would be better off not trying to interact with me on a professional level. (Small talk in the corridor is allowed).

Clueless fooking morons being given titles and thinking they're somehow superior.

We've been seeing a new side to Troy since he went to England for Christmas.

I can't decide whether it's a result of the expensive wine he picked up or a lingering resentment from doing circles around those roundabouts in Swindon.

He's certainly taking no prisoners at the moment though.
