I would love a real job, haven't considered NGO's to be honest i have not looked at other job types here , of course there are finance and management postions for those who are qualified , I'm just being realistic that for me, these positions are not attainable.
however your comments have convinced me that I should try harder (as my teachers used to say).
and i will endeavor to persevere .

If you have any skills at all, and a will to use them, you can survive

I feel the need to update this thread of doom so ....requests to family for funds was a bit of a mixed bag, i got 1 no-reply 2 nos and 1 yes for half the amount.
But then I confused everyone with the decision to go to australia instead.
..My mate (a fellow kiwi) has a spare room and there are plenty of good paying jobs in spitting distance of his house, so why not i said.
and my family are thrilled they will finally be rid of me.

But will lower himself to begging from family, and then..
when you have family that is sick of you or just embarrassed by your asian getaway lifestyle, and have run out of money and options, you do tend to think f@#k em all.!!

Yeah, you're too fucking useless and lazy to take care of yourself.

I must admit that you do come across as an absolute oxygen thief, Phunphin. Short of being robbed at gun-point, there is absolutely no excuse for a foreigner being pennyless in Thailand. Unless stupidity is counted as an excuse, that is.
