Dr Bob is a character from the muppet show, the internet is full of muppets and I wanted to fit in. It's also partly in homage to Dr Robert Oppenheimer - any man who can set off a nuclear bomb and then say "I am become Death, the Destroyer of Worlds*" is pretty cool in my book. The 0 in my nick is from BIFF style studlycaps.
