I got a call from a friend & his partner to join them for dinner, just as I was leaving another friend's house with my little boy (to go get something to eat) so I got a free dinner & some good company.

Then, they presented me with a ticket for myself & my littl'un to join them & other friends on an overnight trip in December.

As I was leaving the restaurant I saw a bloke I had been sort of seeing (& had actually blown me off for tonight) in there with a Thai woman. So, I've had a lucky escape on that one before I got too involved or started to give a damn. Fate was really being kind, tonight

but about good things, it is raining and the leak I had behind my bathroom window seems to be fixed at last - it only took the builder 6 visits over 4 years to find out the problem

I bought some new footy boots.

If you go to Emporium, they only have the day-glo wanky ones for about 6,000 Baht, so I got myself off to Robinsons and picked up a nice pair of black Adidas ones for 1,800. Much betterer.

My director called my name while I was listening to music at work which I should not then I said Arai Wah so loud, he laughed and asked me what's wrong so I said I thought I did something wrong because he came to me. Then he said "The VP said to me that ..your girl is brilliant.."

Got an Email from an insurance company that I have done some investigations for over the last 3 months - they have accepted my outrageous fees and can I collect the cheques in the morning ( today

I was promoted from Specialist to Consultant. Now, since August, I only have to work a few hours a month for the same money.
We got our flight tickets to Thailand.
