    My Welsh mate had his first shot of Sinovac this afternoon in Korat.
    how does that work then.

    i keep reading that vaccines will not be available for the general public until june, apart from a couple of areas where there have been severe outbreaks, and then only for thais, and that farangs will be at the end of the queue.

    That would imply there was a coherent, national vaccination policy.

    All foreign parents at my daughter's school were offered Sinovac jabs as part of the staff Covid vaccination programme. The offer was only for foreign parents and I have no idea how they arranged it. Rightly or wrongly I declined, choosing to wait for a Western vaccine.

    They must be worried about losing school fees if the Westerners start dying off.
