Appears that these universal relief package schemes are reasonably selective.
The same is going on the world over for those countries that have engaged in this cash handout/relief policy.

Did you or anyone think otherwise, the real point is, is it going to reach those who need it?. Course the more selective you get the less will reach those who need it so biggggg corruption is what you need..
