I haven't been following it that closely but my understanding is that is one of the few things that there is an explanation for, apparently he had been taken off 24/7 watch and put on something less -- not that it would make it any more or less suspicious over all though I suppose.

All the other shit though, the cameras being down etc., is bizarre.
