I would go as far as men and women are naturally homosexual, they can easily switch side
it's the religious and society pressure that define those lines,
it's just an order to simplify things, LGBT is the disruption of that order, and it will not bring anything better
note that in Antic Rome, those lines didn't exist, and everyone was fucking everyone
at the end, it's simply a question of choice and comfort, nothing else
The County Commissioner didn't say that her State should actively discriminate against the LGBT community ... just that she declined to sign the "Pride affirmation".
It's her personal opinion.
If you want to go down the route of the fact that she should support Texas's majority then please supply the facts that the TEXAS community support, in majority, support the signing of a "Pride affirmation".
Assuming no current Polls/Facts exist then the County Commissioner is simply in line with her general community opinion within the proud State of Texas.
Just a statement of fact ... a clearing of the airs.
I've never met Tom (TC), but I respect him as a member.
The fact he's gay, and proud should be respected and not dissed.
I want for a 'Broad Church' ... embrace it if you wish ... or not.
He's one of our few gay members and presents items as he sees fit.
I'll debate with him many of the finer points of this and other debates, but that doesn't diminish the
respect held ... as I hold for most of you despicable lot![]()
Not openly, definitely a couple suffering bouts of closeted self-loathing though.Originally Posted by tomcat

discrimination is the real cause, race or religious or sexual, but LGBT is great for organizing gay prides, but for political agenda it's a catastrophe
they just should be quiet lobbyists to make sure discrimination doesn't happen,
but after that, they have no roles, because you can't stop people from hating, you just have to accept it
some people have been programmed to hate, LGBT is never going to change that
all you can do is to stop the discrimination for basic simple things, not promote any special favors

"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect,"
I have to say, i wander through life paying no attention to peoples religion, sexualilty or colour and the only time i really have to think about it is when it gets raised as a problem. I must just not meander through hate central because i see very little discrimination. I am currently training 2 Kenyans, 1 guy from Malawi, 3 Nepalese and 2 Pakistanis and never give one thought to their colour or any other so called defining characteristic. I know it exists before anyone starts.
In any case Tom, keep at it. Enjoy all your posts.
