Clint Eastwood was Dirty Harry in 3 or 4 movies. They were filmed in San Francisco. Clint Eastwood lives in Carmel CA. That is a one and a half hour drive to SF.
So Clint could almost live at home and make the movies.
I start at 5. Drinking that is.

Clint was also mayor of Carmel for a while. Hell, for all I know he could be still.

Lest we forget, Clint actually got his start in the old Rawhide television show... He was Rowdy Yates in that series... That led to his Spaghetti Westerns...

He also appeared in the sequel to The Creature from the Black Lagoon

I like old Clint although he did say if Michael Moore ever tried to interview him he'd shoot him.
