Whats up with the look? I see lots of European types with that pant to calf deal. It looks really dumb. Either wear shorts or full length pants.

As for the Sock/Sandal dress attire. Its just wrong. FFS!.

I guess the only time that sandal/sock thing would be OK is if the person had totally fuked feet with dead black/ yellow toenails and he wanted to save people from tossing up their guts if they happen to see them.
