All those Indians and Philippinos with their super high wages of 20K with possibility to rocket to 30K a month just do the call center work their boss ask them to do, they have mouthes to feed... Who's to blame ?

I must admit, when Lloyds moved their call centre from Newcastle to Bangalore, it was a lot easier to understand what they were saying.
