Whose reviews I care about, has changed. I don't seek to offend, but general popularity now matters less. I'm good with most having neutral or in fact no thoughts at all, about me.

You seem to be quite elderly from some of the your posts that I have read. Are you having problems with your short term memory ? This can lead to intolerance and cannot be treated unfortunately. You may even now be deluding yourself as to the state of your emotions.

Only a couple years short of 77, aside from being a shy near anti social young boy at 14 I have come full circle personality wise. In between personality adapted several times to fit changes in work and social environment.

Physically in good shape for my age but aches and pains caused by youthful physical injuries are coming back to haunt me. Had I known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself when younger.

I too have mellowed and have become more tolerant of endearing or tolerable traits, but have become a lot less tolerant of jerks and arseholes.

I've learned to go in the male bogs, groan out a bad boy, stink the joint out and have a woman say " krap coon Car " as I walk out the fookin thing.

    Never happens in Perth.

    Fookin nuts that innit.

How have you changed the older you have become?
I've installed burglar bars on the cave entrance.

    Much more grumpy...and misanthropic.

Since coming to Thailand when I was 31yo, I've become even more mellow and hardly ever sweat the small stuff as much as I used to. Also, back then I suddenly became more handsome and appeared to be much younger than my true age.

Now, at 57, most women can guess my age more accurately. They're probably getting hints from my 'laughter-lines' and the 'grey hi-lights' in my hair. :coughs:

The only major change with ageing is my memory. I'm getting more of those moments where you go upstairs to get something and then forget what it was that you wanted when you get there. Even now for instance, I came upstairs to get a fire-extinguisher to put a fire out in the kitchen, but forgot and decided to check out TD while I was here.

Then there are times when I heat food in the microwave and when it 'Dings' I'll open the fridge door. Or, sometimes when I'm faced with double light switches I have to try and figure out which switch is for the bathroom and which one is for the room I'm in, even though I've only lived in this same house for 20 bloody years.

I don't have time to write more as one of the neighbours must be burning their rubbish in the soi again. I can taste the smoke as it wafts in through the windows. Either that or someone's house is burning.
