Nope. Depending on how you look at it - it was an Obama failure or a Democrat failure.

I personally see it as a Constitutional Win, but it can be spun anyway a person feels.

Side note - don't need a license to buy a gun in the USA, but the Obama Admin & Crew really wanted certain bans & restrictions on stuff. Wasn't supported, failed, 8 years & still jack.

One thing most americans can unite with, its the constitution and the requirements of a supermajority.
