Do you hope Santa will fill your stocking?
I'm replete chimney less but happy for kids and others to celebrate as so many have done before.

As the time of gifting approaches I want for nothing.I may treat myself to a boxed set of Telemann,LT pies or some Swiss choc, but won't fret if none appear.

As a child it was a time of anticipation.
The carols
Hot chestnuts
The advent calendar all leading to sitting amongst relatives dressed in paper hats and endless bonhomie.
Expectations were low. the stocking full of nuts satsumas and chocolate coins was the stocking treat.I later got the bike, the bottle of Brut, the denim jacket etc America and have seldom wanted for much, even got a brown girl in the ring so my cup runneth over.

The main Joy of the holiday season a time to catch up with friends and family and eat and drink a bit more than is normal and despite a heathen Celt to watch the 9 lessons and Carols from the church I visited so often.

I wish all pies and happiness and a postful 2017

Yeah Niddy...all of that. Me too. But the supermarket Xmas promotion, carol singing et al ad nauseum starting in October...it gets a bit much.

I'm surprised at the mention of BKK...down south I was oblivious to the coming of the last few Xmases.....Not a reminder anywhere, not even sure they did anything on the 25th.

A good looking guy walked into the bar pulls out a stack of cash and orders drinks for all.

Bartender lines drinks up for everyone at the bar. The man hands him a stack of cash and says keep the change. Just then a little man about a foot tall jumps out of the mans pocket and starts knocking all the drinks over all down the bar.The patrons are shocked.

The bartender yells hey wtf is with this guy. Then the man explains that a long time ago he found a genie in a bottle and released him. The genie then granted him three wishes.

The first wish was to look handsome.
The second was for never ending wealth.
And for the third and final wish he said he asked the genie for a twelve in prick.
Upon granting the third wish the genie promptly vanished never to be seen by him again.
