I have a few on my list, so here goes.

Antarctic cruise- gonna cost the earth, but who cares- only a tiny percentage will be lucky enough to see it.
Overland the Old Silk Route
Mongolia - yurts, horse riding that kind of stuff
India- because everyone tells me I should
One of the mods on AF has a lot of videos of trips to Indonesia and it certainly seems worth exploring. Would like to do my PADI there.

They've only been out about 50 years, though the modern ones can be powered by your own urine. Not a bad investment all in all.

One need travel no further than Soi 4, Sukhumwit. If one stays there long enough , the whole world comes to visit. Mohammed, mountain and all that sort of stuff.

I've been to 33 countries.

Before I'm 50 (because you know, if I wait longer it might not happen), I will be travelling to:

Nepal, India (hopefully Sri Lanka), China, Nicaragua, Chile and Argentina.

Africa has a lot of beauty. If I can visit Africa after good researching I hope I'll do that to while I'm on this planet.

I want to visit Chernobyl. The cost of airfare from Thailand and the cost of the tours themselves are quite reasonable.

Also want to visit any WW-2 museums in Germany and one of the preserved concentration camps. 2 weeks before he died my Father told me about touring the Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp in 1946 while in the American Army. I've already visited most of the museums in Britain and Japan and gone to the Hiroshima Memorial. The latter is well worth seeing.

Sois 3, 4, 5, 7, 7/1, 11, etc...

Antarctica, Iran, Croatia. I'd also like to camp on a remote Andaman island for a few days, fishing. Then there's North Sentinel Island simply because it's one of the most difficult places to visit.
