Just found out today my mother's mother was Irish and her father was Scottish.

Her family name was Monroe and more research is going on to establish the family history.

So that makes me part Pom and part Paddy on my Dad's side, part Jock and part Paddy on my mothers side.

I suppose we are all are bits of this and bits of that.
