A few years ago the best pie award in Australia was won by a Vietnamese guy !

Not surprising really, after spending 4 months travelling that wonderful country I believe they are the best bakers/pastry chefs around.

Their crunchy bread rolls are very tasty, you can eat them with nothing on them.

Aussie pies are far better these days mainly because of the influx of foreigners in the country.
I do like a good English pork pie though.
