Hope the comealong works for ya Loops. I have used mine frequently.
As for weedwhackers. I just can't get on with the stupid handlebar, back strap set up they attach to them here. Weed whacking is a project and not supposed to be some kick back in a hammock type job like those handle bars try and make the job. The one I have here I yanked them off and added a rounded handle and when I weed whack I get after it. I have also found here that the weed whackers are very under powered. Even at WOT it still bogs down.
Ya know Mike, I have tried all the blades. They just seem to plod along and its likely do the lack of power and the added head weight of the steel blades. Plus honestly, having that blade spinning around isn't something I have ever really felt comfy with. I use a high speed string trimmer, both cordless and gas. Way faster and far more efficient. I can zip around and clear a weed section in my back forty in no time where before we had a guy doing it when I was working in Korat and it took the guy 2 days. Same with the govt guys that come and clean our soi. Takes 3 of them 3 hours and I have done it before in less than 30. But again with the handle bars, you just lazily swing the thing back and forth, fling rocks, tear up dirt and watch sparks fly off the cement wall with the occasional close calls..
^ You'll have to put in an official application.
I'll PM you a list of the extracurricular duties I expect to be carried out.
^ Wow, most people dropped out at this stage!
^ Before you sign..
Ask for a dogshit guard for the weedwhacker.![]()
^^ Yeah, for those sloppy ones he couldn't fling over the wall with a trowel (that's the morning's first duty, btw Stumpy, and watch out for the back-splatter).
Incentives Stumpy...? When the gardener gets me a bottle of Ya Dong I usually let him have a shot, but that's about it.
Why don't you just bring along some of your fancy tequila and bourbon we can share... so long as you respect the 'employer-employee' boundaries.
Been wondering how I could justify buying this for a while but it should pay for itself blowing up my car tyres in 25 or so years
It does bikes, balls, pools and my air tent too though
It uses the battery out of my drill as well, or the mains
