^ you should have told me, I would have sent you my old one (I hardly use it nowadays since I've gone hippie in the nasal hair department (although, it was useful around the posterior and testicles from time to time)).
Anyways, let me know if you need it...![]()
any recommendations for a rechargeable wet shaver that can double as a pubic hair trimmer
Best practice amp on the market. Totally worth the 2300 baht it cost. Small but amazingly loud and has a build in drum machine and all the usual effects.
Can use it plugged in or run it with batteries or power pack . Very small size so can pop it in your luggage and take it with you when traveling.
^ looks nice. Like a little Blackstar with added features.![]()
Chitty, does your Mrs not mind being seen with a jihadi or is it helping blend in.

Been looking at some Ostrich Skin products, someone has to buy them to keep those nasty over sized turkeys from marauding and killing Kangaroos. Any Ozzies got any and would recommend?

Well wasn't really looking at TV's but walked into Powerbuy in Lampang and there sat this one day sale for a 75" UHD TV, series 7. Originally 90k baht. Reduced to 57,000 bht then one day only to 34,900bht while supplies last. (They had 2 more). Then my wife took over and got it reduced 22% more with points and her special card discounts (Whatever those are). Total 27,300 bht including free delivery.
Now I can Bluetooth to my Bose Headphones and watch my shows in full 1080p. Just in time for NASCAR season.
^ looks nice, but only UHD? No wonder it was so cheap, that's about 4 generations old, we're on 8k now!
Actually, my screen is UHD which is pretty good, but when I sometimes look at higher def content such as 4k, it's noticeably better. That's a nice big size, ooo ah missus...
Cycling should be banned!!!
No, not really, Dilly - sorry.
HD is errm, HD.Something like 780p or 1280x920. But, it depends on many factors such as the screen ratio.
UHD just means better than HD and can be many things (including 4k, but it isn't 4k per so). For example, my LG screen, which isn't 4k, is called a UHD screen by LG; due to the 21:9 aspect ratio it is 2560x1080 - better than HD, but not 4k. IT's a good screen, but nowhere near the crispness of 4k.
4k is usually explained as either 3840x2160 (UHD 4K if you like) or 4096x2160 (real 4K if you like) - it's virtually double my UHD hence why it's so much sharper - especially on a big screen such as JPPR2's.
Having said that, here's another definition (which supports Dilly's statement) - just different usage of terms (I was in the post-production business for 15 years, film/tv industries, so 4K really meant 4K due to the additional elements of the standards whereas electronics manufacturers take artistic license with the terms to help drive sales:
Basically, UHD can range massively between slightly better than HD (as in my screen's case) to very close to 4K as in JPPR2s case.
So:
1) Dilly is wrong.
2) Dilly is right.
3) JPPR's screen is a good 'un, better than I initial thought because I was just thinking about my UHD screen (which is pretty low res)... JPPR2 got a good buy, a great screen, pretty much 4K (not 4K, but really close, so you get very nearly all the quality advantages).
4) Manufacturers are pretty cheeky with their use of the terms UHD and 4K.
