After SpaceX received a $3 billion contract for building the NASA moonlander, using a variant of Starship, they are proceeding with tests and continue building up their launch site. Preparations for launch of test article SN15 continue. They do everything to achieve successful landing this time. NASA used to be quite sceptical about Starship only a year ago. But the test sequence in Boca Chica convinced them it is the best offer and most likely to succeed among the bids. Besides it being a lot cheaper and a lot more capable.

They have moved the mystery setup from the production site to the launch site.
