You basically can't black list people over here Macha unless they do something really, really bad (Immigration offence), and it's a bit out of order to say you can.

I'd like to blacklist 2 members of staff that forgot to bring their mothers to Thailand and haven't made it back from the South after their Chrissy holidays yet.

Honestly KK, is there a way to secure new TL / WP if your x employer doesn't give you relase form and confisicate your TL 11 (no pun intended mate)? I think its only possible if you give some good kickbacks.
