NT man drives his 4WD on top of another man’s car in revenge attack, then posts pictures to Facebook




A JILTED man mounted his rival’s vehicle with a 4WD ute to cure his injured pride – then posted a photo on social media of the results, accompanied by an abusive message.

The man, 29, posted another update and a photo after NT Police tracked him down, saying: “F**k it’s noisy in these paddy wagons.”
Police confirmed he was in custody and is expected to be charged with property damage.

In this case, the male of the species has allegedly attacked his rival’s Holden Commodore in an industrial street in a bid to appear dominant.

The man posted the photo of himself standing on the tray of his Toyota Land Cruiser, which was parked on the bonnet and windscreen of a sedan, on the NT Performance Cars, Parts and Services Facebook page.

He tagged the owner in the comment: “U dog c**t i told u i would do it i got the balls come and get your shit now f**k face im here waiting for you.”

The photo became the subject of memes including “F**k with a mate’s missus, this is what ya gunna get”, “Still better love story than Twilight” and “You thought you could have my seconds. How’s that porridge taste now?”

The post has more than 500 comments, both condemning and supporting the man’s alleged actions, with some observations about the general state of play on social media.

One man said: “Nt pcps always great for a one sided story great job mate jumping the gun and bad mouthing people without solid proof just another example of the dumb f**ks of nt round of applause for destroying someones stuff hope you get kneecapped.”



Another posted: “This is a bright definition of what a woman can do to a man, my respect goes out to this fella.”

One comment read: “Man this is f**king hilarious and makes me appreciate the single life a whole lot more.”



Someone decided to summarise the situation in dot points, using a meme:

But the up side is, if it did happen one must look on the bright side.

Unfortunately, alcohol and/or drugs affects the thought-process of many individuals separately or in unison. Sometimes with some serious or very unfortunate repercussions.

Case in point was an acquaintance that was a comparatively young , hard-working SOB in construction and built his family's fortune from scratch buying a home, two sets of wheels and taking care of his wife with two young ones at home.
He worked long hours and weekends - all for his wife and family's comfort and well-being.
This included the extra benefits of US Army Reserve duties some weekends.

The big push landed him on active duty roster in Iraq...four tours if I recall correctly at approx six months a piece.
The marriage didn't last. The last time I saw him he explained that his young wife couldn't understand his mind-set/ feelings about being in active-duty conflict nor could she play the nun sitting at home with two young ones. She found herself in the arms of one of his friends.

Being the man he was he simply moved on - the house was getting cleared out to be sold as she had moved out prior to his coming home from his last tour of duty.
I can't imagine the 'Dear John' letters that enlisted soldiers during times of war receive. How one must feel when they read the words from afar.

He could of easily killed his friend but didn't for the sake of the two children who had known his friend as 'Uncle".

I asked him how he was getting on and his eyes looked passed me.
I gave him a hug and wrote my number on a piece of paper and put it in his hand.
I told him that my wife and I were having dinner ready at seven that night and he was expected.
We talked a lot and I sincerely understood that his life/ his world had moved.
I also understood that counseling would be required and he would take time accepting that.

Previous to his deployment I had met his parents and asked for his Dad's phone number. He wrote it on a piece of paper. I had to get his family involved.
I understood that he would need help putting his life together. I think he well understood it too as I wasn't the first one that had made any suggestion along those lines.

We kept in contact for a couple of years and still exchange e-mails from time to time usually around holidays.
He sought counseling from many parties...mostly professional.
Thank the Lord he moved on and remarried.
A different outcome always was awaiting in the wings for a weaker soul.

Personally shagging a friend's wife is a big zero...same as the "Don't shyte where you sleep rule."
I just can't imagine how one's conscience can go through with it or how you could then view any chap talking with your future wife due to the 'what goes around comes around effect'.

He laughed and suggested we get another round of beers and replied , "I'll tell her that."
I replied, "No , please don't" , as we walked towards the bar. After more than forty years we're still mates.

Caveat: People that partake in open-sex, swinger-oriented relationships will condone this behaviour. Who knows - maybe one day I'll be one !
