A fifth of overweight Britons say their size is healthy. A study of obesity exposes level of UK public’s denial about weight problems.

The Association for the Study of Obesity, which commissioned the survey, said it underlined public ignorance about what represents a healthy weight.

In short, they are fat but are ignorant of the fact.



I can only speak for myself and say that I'm not fat. I have a BMI of about 23 and a quick 'mirror test' shows I'm nothing like the man in the picture above.
