Welsh Tourist Injured in Drunken Fight with Friend.
Mr Tom Rees, a 28 year old tourist from Wales, was admitted to Pattaya Memorial hospital in the early hours of Friday morning after being injured in an altercation with a fellow Welshman.
The pair had found two Thai ladies to accompany them to look at the view of Pattaya Bay when they started arguing and then fighting with each other over the relative charms of their companions. Mr Rees came off worst and was brought to hospital while his friend disappeared. No charges have been laid as yet.
