I may as well intervene here.
i've just got home to find my wife furiously digging up the bricks i so nicely laid in my lawn.
she is planning to plant some very high shrubbery to give us the feeling of seclusion from the cul de sac, the nasty neighbours and all.
I have tried to tell her not to but it doesn't look good.
