Aint gonna give those up though....

Dropped me a few strong Margaritas this evening while I trimmed my hedges. I have a really good recipe for a fresh Marg mix using limes from my yard.

Since you asked so nicely....

1/2 cup simple syrup
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

Mixed the simple syrup and water together.

Add the lime juice and mix well. (I add a bit of pulp as I like it but you don't have to).

Let chill in fridge. The mix can last a week or so.

I saw that. For me it was the promised protein and yeast snowfall that put me off even before getting to see the alc. %.

Best stick to the strong stuff

Snowy Weizen is actually very tasty, don't worry about the sediment, it is not like a Worthington White Shield. At 53 thb it is a good buy.

Having me a John Collins using Buffalo Trace. Quite tasty
